    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept return or exchange of an unworn item within 15 days of receipt of your package.

    Items should be in the original condition, including tags
    Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed
    Any merchandise on Sale cannot be returned
    Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

    Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Original shipping charges are non refundable. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we strongly recommend sending your return in a trackable package.

    HOW TO EXCHANGE:

    Please send an email to info@playerculture.com and include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM FOR EXCHANGE, and TRACKING NUMBER. We will send your exchange as soon as the original merchandise is received.

    HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND:

    Please send the tagged/unworn item along with a copy of your order. Please be sure your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER are clearly legible. It is EXTREMELY important you include a copy of your order along with your return. Also, please email us at info@playerculture.com with tracking information so we can keep an eye out for your return and expedite the process for you. We will credit your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving returned item, excluding original shipping charges.

    Please note that if you received a free shipping promotion and the refund brings you under the ‘free shipping cap’ we will deduct our shipping costs from your refund.
